People & Culture Generalist (Maternity Leave Cover) | Lisbon

Adecco Human Resources is currently recruiting a People & Culture Generalist to join an international organization operating in a dynamic, collaborative and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage and ensure a seamless onboarding journey that enhances new hire integration and engagement, collaborating closely with other colleagues within P&C, Team Leaders and other departments;
- Develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive, engaging and inclusive work environment;
- Manage and enhance our trainee programs, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and working closely with our Recruitment team and other internal and external stakeholders, including universities.
- Lead and support additional HR projects as required, collaborating with other departments.


Requirements

- Ideally 2/4 years of experience in HR;
- Ability to think and act with a project management mindset;
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple projects across departments;
- Passion for creating a great employee experience and fostering a strong company culture through effective teamwork;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
